The enameled flat/rectangular copper wires and novel design rotor winding inter-turn insulation structure with national patented technology

Rotor's design using the innovative technology, using all 100% copper flat wire and gained two patents.
Advantage 1 : Increase pole coil's resistance to voltage shock and increase generator's life and reliability.
Advantage 2: Decrease shock to rectifier bridge and increase its life and reliability.
